At Decorium, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we provide a fair and transparent return and refund process in line with international standards.
Returns
Our return window is 30 days from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return, the product must:

Be in the same condition as received (unused, unworn, and undamaged)

Include all original packaging and tags

Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@decorium.com If your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
⚠️ Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We ask that you carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories of products are not eligible for return, including:

Please note: Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original product. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. The item must meet the same conditions outlined above (unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund and post it to your account.
